I went on vacation

Hi everybody. It is sooooo hot this time in Japan so I took a little vacation just to escape the heat. Went someplace cool.

I had to stay in a hotel with my friend... and this was perhaps the first time I have ever been diapered in the same room with another person, and the other person knew all about it.

In fact, she is my friend who really supported me 110% and really encouraged me when I told her that I wanted to wear diapers to deal with my leaky bladder. She even supported my decision to make my diaper-wearing as babyish as possible...

The first night was ok. But the second night I ended up drinking too much (thanks to my friend who kept on ordering me drinks) The night before I went to bed I told her that I was worried about really wetting myself... she said that I was a baby and if it happens I would be OK. So yeah, I did wake up wet on the second day. It was the first time in a while I woke up wet too. I guess my biggest worry was making sure the smell didn't spread throughout the day. A lot of powder helped keep the smell down... and the fact that I didn't wet TOO badly helped as well.

Anyway, It was nice to escape the heat for a few days. I am looking forward to going to the USA in the fall!

  1. Greetings. I am immensely pleased that you had a great time, and hope that the cool helped a bit. It has been very cool and rainy here lately, which is OK because we REALLY need that rain. Anyway, not much else going on here. Pretty boring in all honesty. I saw Eat, Pray, Love yesterday, but I found it rather depressing myself. I guess it just shows me that I am currently stuck on my own path, either unable or perhaps unwilling to proceed any farther. I feel stuck, stagnated, but such is life. Stay cool. Have a fabulous day.

  2. Greetings. Here is the funnniest song I've heard in years. The link is below, followed by lyrics. I don't know who composed or performed this piece, but it is well worth listening to, and I dare say it could even become adictive. Check this out.

    Here's a llama,
    There's a llama,
    And another little llama,
    Fuzzy llama, funny llama,
    Llama llama duck.

    Llama llama cheesecake llama,
    Tablet brick potato llama,
    Llama llama mushroom llama,
    Llama llama duck.

    I was once a treehouse,
    I lived in a cake,
But I never saw the way the orange slayed the rake.
I was only three years dead,
    But it told a tale,
And now, listen little child to the safety rail.

If you ever see a llama
Kiss a llama on the llama
    Llama's llama,
    Tastes of llama,
    Llama llama duck.

    Half a llama,
    Twice the llama,
    Not a llama,
    Farmer llama,
    Llama in a car,
    Alarm a llama
    Llama duck.

Is that how it's told now?
    Is it all so old?
Is it made of lemon juice?
    Doorknob ankle cold.
Now my song is getting thin,
    I've run out of luck.
Time for me to retire now and become a duck.

Have a nice laugh, and a pleasant day.

  4. Greetings. Ha! FINALLY, someone else who knows The Llama song! I never thought I'd meet another, no one else seems to have heard of it. Now if that's not a meditation killer, I don't know what is. Anyway, we're back to the heat again, blah, but the cold rainy English weather was really super nice. That's the kind of weather that makes me wish I had hot cider or cocoa, but right now I don't have them. It's also great weather for diapers. I do have mint chocolates, which are immensely good and satisfying, one of the few chocolates I actually can't eat too many of. They are extremely minty, not very sugary and have a crunchy cookie center that crunches beautifully between the teeth. If on the East coast Mid Atlantic region of the US, you can find them at Gertrude Hawk chocolate stores and probably some others. I bought a brown bag of seconds, or rejects that taste fine but have some birth defects that make them look not so good, not that a hopelessly incorigible (SP?) glutton such as I would care about such things anyway. Speaking of food, does Japan have a larger percentage of vegetarians than the west, given its proxximity to many of the more common Eastern religions? Anyway, back to bed, hope the mosquitoes go away soon. I've got bites all over my arms and legs and hands and feet, some places pock marking the skin like tiny centers of ceaseless itchy irritation. I hate mosquitoes with an unbridled passion, and if there is a god who created them, I would definitely be smart mouthed enough to step up and challenge said god's reasoning behind the creation of such irritating creatures. Scientists say they serve no distinctive purpose, other than food for other animals, but almost all of our bats have died of white nose and this has caused the mosquitoes to go nuts. Bug sprays deter them as much as cops deter speeders and drunk drivers, which is to say not at all. Anyway, had a mint and a glass of skim milk, back to bed. Have a fabulous day. Llama llama llama llama llama llama llama llama, can't get that dumb song out of my head. I can actually sing it without stumbling now, even at its speed, something of which I am proud. OK, enough already, shutting up now.

  6. @Nasty: Believe it or not Japan is not very vegetarian friendly. It is hard to find meals without some meat or fish in it. And yes, the Llama song is addictive

@Tony: I am really looking forward to trying Bambino diapers when I come back. I will sleep every night in them : ) It will be interesting, coming from my cloth to disposable

  7. Greetings. It's been a while, and I hope you are well. I have a cold, but the weather is English (i.e. cold and rainy) again after a week of heat so I
can't complain. We got the last of the onions, corn, tomatoes and cucumbers in today, though there might be more later on I guess. I know the corn is
done at least. At any rate, not much else going on or happening around here, so I just figured I would say hello and good day. Stay cool.
