Greetings. I'm sorry you will be working this Easter, but I hope you can enjoy what time you do have. Unfortunately, I have some seriously depressing news, and if you don't want depressing news you should probably come back and read this later. The dogs just killed and ate a little baby bunny, and I'm seriously pissed at them. No one else cares or understands why that depresses and angers me, but I thought you of all people might get it. The cat probably got it and played with it for a while, and Mo stole it from her. I heard it squeaking as he bit it, but by the time we got to it the baby bunny was crunched and dead. With nothing else to be done for it, Mo took it away and Honey stole it from him. He was quite annoyed, and howled at her for it, but she ate it within 30 seconds, leaving only a few traces on the grass by the street. That baby bunny didn't have to die, and I wish like hell I'd heard it squeaking five seconds before I did. My only hope is that it was quick, and that the pain was eased by the numbness of shock. Funny, the suffering of other people bothers me, but animals sometimes bother me more. I guess it's because people have more control over their lives than an animal who just follows its instincts without thought or reason. Anyway, despite the idiot dogs, it's great weather outside and I'm only in just long enough to rant to you. Have a fabulous holiday.

I know it is their instinct to kill, but I feed them loads of good stuff so they don't HAVE to go and kill things for no reason. Anyway, I hope your Easter went well and that you had fun. I got 3 chocolate bunnies to savor over the next month or two, one milk chocolate, one dark and one white. The milk and dark are 6 ounces, and the white is 9.
